The Dunk Tank is a large unit, and preparation is key to a smooth event.

Water Source: We do not bring the water. You must have a working water spigot and a garden hose that reaches the setup location.

Fill Time: Depending on your water pressure, it takes 45 to 60 minutes to fill the tank. Please plan your delivery time accordingly!

Access: The dunk tank is mounted on a trailer. We need a double gate (at least 6ft wide) to back it into a backyard. We cannot lift this over a wall or fit it through a standard pedestrian door.

Drainage: When the party is over, 500 gallons of water need to go somewhere. Make sure the setup area allows for draining (grass, street gutter, or alley).

Q: Can kids go in the Dunk Tank? A: For safety reasons, we recommend riders be at least 5 feet tall and comfortable swimmers. Small children are not allowed on the seat as the water is deep. However, kids of any age can throw the ball!
Q: How long does it take to set up? A: Setup takes about 15 minutes, BUT filling the tank takes about an hour. We recommend booking your delivery at least 1.5 hours before your event starts to ensure the water level is ready.
Q: Do you provide the balls? A: Yes! We provide a set of softballs for throwing.
Q: Can we use it indoors? A: Generally, no. Unless you have a massive indoor facility with a floor drain (like a fire station bay), this is an outdoor-only unit due to the splashing and draining requirements.
