Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that renting and using interactive amusement games, inflatable units, and other amusement equipment involves known and unanticipated risks to me, my guests, and my invitees. I voluntarily assume the risks associated with the rental and use of the equipment, subject to applicable law.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release, indemnify, hold harmless, and discharge Buckeye Rentals AZ from liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether brought by me or a third party, arising out of or connected with the rental, possession, or use of the interactive inflatable unit or other rented equipment, including claims alleging negligent acts or omissions, to the extent such release is permitted by law.
